Every investment we take is targeted towards a specific project, and we work fast to ensure your money is generating returns within 6 months. We create, build, and manage all of our properties in-house to keep investment costs low.
We take all profits and distribute them back to you. As an investor, you can expect a check from us every quarter your money is invested, after the first 6 months. It’s that simple.
